Job Summary Responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant price books across technology platforms. Supports the Pricing team through data validation, reporting, and process execution to ensure price accuracy and compliance with client agreements. Essential Functions: + Price Book Management: Maintain live C1 price books; update pricing data; generate monthly compliance reports; resolve discrepancies. + Data Validation & Reporting: Validate/reformat pricing and sales data; prepare quarterly cost reports; provide data illustrating pricing impact. + Analytical Support: Assist with product categorization; support pricing projects; collaborate with internal teams. + Relationships: Communicate effectively with internal teams; build relationships with local operations and third-party partners. + Record Keeping: Run reports; maintain compliance documents; ensure accurate data in platforms. + Other: Assist Pricing Analyst and back up team members as needed. Accountabilities: + Manage project timelines; ensure timely communication; maintain updated tracking documents; escalate concerns as needed. Requirements: + Education: High school diploma required; bacheloru2019s preferred. With degree: 6 months data processing experience; without: 3 years required. + Skills: Strong data processing and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize; intermediate Excel (calculations, VLookup); Outlook proficiency; strong communication; ability to multitask and work independently. + Preferred: Experience with BI/analytics platforms; business financials; conflict resolution.
