Manufacturing Engineer

Twin City Staffing is hiring a manufacturing engineer to support advanced manufacturing processes within an electronics and embedded controls environment. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and hands-on collaboration with production and design teams. Location: Minneapolis, MN Wage: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience Hours: Monday - Thursday: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM Friday: 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM Benefits of the manufacturing engineer: 401(k) with company match Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 3 weeks of PTO in the first year 8 paid holidays Career advancement opportunities Full benefits package Company events and team activities Duties of the manufacturing engineer: Support manufacturing processes and production equipment for PCB and embedded control assembly Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve quality and reduce defects Identify and implement cost-reduction and process improvement initiatives Collaborate with design engineers during new product introductions (DFM focus) Support and maintain production equipment, including SMT lines and related systems Program and maintain AOI systems and implement ECO-driven updates Create and maintain accurate manufacturing documentation and work instructions Requirements of the manufacturing engineer: Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Experience in PCB, embedded, or electronics manufacturing Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment support experience Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles Experience with machine programming and automation systems Additional information: Apply today To learn more about this manufacturing engineer position, contact Melissa at 651-994-4298.
