Join a Company That Invests in You u2013 Make Ready Technician Opportunity What you will be doing: The Make-Ready Tech prepares vacant apartments for market ready condition by performing various non-technical functions including, but not limited to: + Caulking + Drywall repair + Touch up painting + Test all locks and key sets + Assist in inspection of property + Maintaining exterior lighting + Ground equipment repair and preventative maintenance + Maintain grounds and common areas including picking up trash, sweeping sidewalks and driveways, snow removal etc. + Assist the Maintenance Technician(s), Porter, and Housekeeper as necessary + Pool maintenance + Must be available, on notice, in event of snow and/or ice and other site emergencies. What weu2019ll expect from you: + Active and valid driveru2019s license and a personal vehicle. + Live within a 30-minute commute of the properties.
