JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for an experienced Electrical /Electronics Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the dailyactivities of the electrical assembly team. Your role will involveensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety in allassembly processes. You will be responsible for managing a team ofskilled technicians, optimizing production workflows, and implementingbest practices to achieve production goals. This is a workingsupervisor's role and will be responsible for manufacturing equipmentalongside the team. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate theactivities of the electrical assembly team, including assigning tasks,monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support. Ensure that allelectrical assemblies are completed in accordance with engineeringspecifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Conductregular inspections and tests of assembled products to verifyfunctionality and adherence to quality standards. Troubleshoot andresolve any technical issues or production problems that arise. Assemblyof electrical components, subassemblies and final assemblies usingbolts, soldering equipment (wire cutting, stripping, and crimping)Adjust, repair, or replace electrical/electronic component parts andcorrect defects. Connection of wires/wire harnesses; prep and attachmentof subassemblies Application of fasteners, decals/weather strippingDrill, tap, punch and cut/cutout holes in stainless steel and aluminumto mount panel and machine component Work closely with supervisors andengineers to resolve production problems. Inspect or test wiringinstallations, assemblies, and circuits for quality assurance Developand implement efficient assembly processes and workflows to maximizeproductivity and reduce waste. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members,fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Maintainaccurate records of production data, including assembly metrics,downtime, and defect rates. Collaborate with engineering and qualityassurance teams to address and resolve any design or quality issues.Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations, promoting aculture of safety within the team. Prepare and present reports onproduction performance, highlighting key metrics and areas forimprovement. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Electrical AssemblySupervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the electricalassembly or manufacturing industry. Strong technical knowledge ofelectrical assembly processes, including reading and interpretingelectrical schematics and blueprints. Experience with various hand andpower tools used in electrical assembly. Strong problem-solvingabilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively underpressure and meet tight deadlines.
