As a Workday Functional Sr Analyst your primary responsibilities may include: + Support the HCM work stream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality. + Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements. + Lead, mentor, counsel, and manage performance of project staff (depending upon project structure). + Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices. + Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping. + Configure and test the Workday system. + Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies. + Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder collaboration to achieve project objectives. + Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets. + This role will require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. Preferred location: Nashville, TN and Dallas, TX. Here's what you need: + Minimum of 1 year of consulting experience, most recently in a Senior Analyst, Consultant or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm. + Minimum of 1 year of Workday HCM Implementation experience. + Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 4 years) work experience. If Associate's degree, must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience. Bonus Points If: + Workday Partner Certification + 2+ years prior experience implementing Workday with a certified Workday implementer + Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. + Experience with Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint + Experience managing, coaching, or mentoring others. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
