Ensure associates work in a safe environment. Motivate andcoordinate associates to meet safety, quality, delivery and costobjectives within the department. Responsible for overseeing departmentworkflow, troubleshooting and resolving production problems. Develop andmaintain a team environment which will work toward providing continuousimprovement. Leads a staff of 50+ hourly associates. 3rd shift - 10 pmto 6 am Responsibilities Proactively implement and promote a safework environment.
