We are seeking a hands on Integration Test & Evaluation Lead Engineer to own end to end planning, execution, and reporting of RF antenna radiation distribution pattern testing. The incumbent will lead cross functional teams to plan and execute tests. This role requires strong technical breadth, excellent communication skills, and proven experience briefing U.S. government stakeholders and Lockheed Martin leadership. What You Will Be Doing u2022 Program Leadership u2013 Develop and maintain test plans and procedures; schedule, allocate, track, and deconflict test resources. u2022 Test Execution & Oversight u2013 Direct test procedure development, hardware integration, and execution; ensure test data is captured, validated, calibrated, and securely archived. u2022 Technical mentorship u2013 Teach and guide junior engineers on electrical, software, and mechanical fundamentals; foster a multi disciplinary culture of problem solving. u2022 Stakeholder Communication u2013 Prepare and deliver briefings, technical presentations, and written reports (status, performance, corrective actions) to U.S. government customers and internal leadership. u2022 Equipment Management u2013 Oversee test equipment inventory, calibration, and security compliance; coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting with support teams. u2022 Continuous Improvement u2013 Identify inefficiencies in the I&T flow, drive corrective actions, and implement best practice processes to improve program schedule and cost performance. Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related STEM Engineering discipline (M.S. preferred) u2022 3+years of related professional engineering experience, including anechoic chamber or integration/testing. u2022 Proven RF pattern testing in indoor laboratories and outdoor range environments to measure antenna gain, beamwidth, sidelobes, and polarization u2022 Strong foundation in electrical, RF, or mechanical engineering concepts; ability to teach these to others u2022 Experience with anechoic chambers, vector network analyzers (VNA), spectrum analyzers, and nearu2011field scanners or a combination of the above. u2022 Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret (or higher) security clearance. Desired Skills: u2022 Experience with missile systems, particularly fire control/targeting subsystems u2022 Demonstrated capability to coordinate cross disciplinary teams for fabrication, integration, and testing of flight hardware u2022 Proven troubleshooting aptitude and ability to drive integration participants toward efficient I&T program execution u2022 Track record of delivering compelling customer presentations that convey performance results, schedule status, and corrective actions u2022 Knowledge of test equipment lifecycle management, including functional verification, calibration, and security requirements u2022 Experience authoring test procedures, managing test facility interfaces, and ensuring data integrity and cataloging u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication; prior experience briefing U.S. government customers and senior LockheedMartin management Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
