Batteries Plus - Retail Sales Management Career Opportunities We are looking for motivated and competitive individuals who enjoy being a part of as well as building Teams and Growing a Business. For this position we offer a highly competitive compensation package that consists of a base, monthly bonus, and individual performance incentives with a minimum guarantee of $23/hour for 6 months, so you have the time needed to learn our business during your training (however, with our incentivized compensation program you can earn up to the equivalent of $27/hour during this time guarantee period.) You will also earn on average 5 hours per week of overtime. The gross pay range of $55,000 to $80,000 is the current actual range of total compensation for our Assistants to our Store Managers.
