Job Description Position Summary: The School of Education seeks applications between January 1, 2026 u2013 June 30, 2026, from individuals who are interested in securing temporary instructor positions within the Higher Education Leadership program for the 2025 u2013 2026 academic year. Instructors teach hybrid courses (using video conferencing and synchronous learning technologies) in areas of their expertise and are hired periodically for fall, spring, and/or summer term, contingent upon enrollments and need. Reappointment may depend upon performance and the availability of funding. Compensation: $1,666.67 per credit hour instruction $50,000 base salary Conditions of Employment: Pre-employment criminal background check (required for new hires) Required Job Qualifications: + Earned doctorate in higher education leadership or a related field + Demonstrated excellence and experience as a higher education leadership scholar/practitioner/administrator + Experience teaching in organizational theory, higher education finance, or related areas + At least three years of professional work experience in a higher education setting Preferred Job Qualifications: + Experience in teaching using video conferencing and synchronous learning technologies + Experience with mentoring and advising graduate student scholar practitioners + Record of scholarship and publication in higher education leadership or a related field commensurate with a research university Application Instructions: This is an open pool posting.
