This position is for ourNorthwest Specialty Hospitalin Reno. Under the direct supervision of the Food and Nutrition Services Director, Supervisor, or Lead, the Diet Aide performs a variety of patient food service and dish duties.MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:- High school graduate or equivalent.- ServSafe Certification preferred within 6 months of hire.- Dietary experience preferred.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:- Prepares all food items and patient meal trays accurately based on diet order, approved recipes and patient meal tickets- Uses proper techniques to ensure food safety.
