About the Opportunity: + Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) + Focus: Delivering quality direct outpatient care while working with physician and other team members. + Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, treat, prescribe, and order/interpret tests. + Benefits: Comprehensive package including Health/Dental/Vision, 401k with match, and CME. Job Requirements Required Education: + Masteru2019s degree in nursing or Graduate of a Physician Assistant training Program Required Licensure and Certifications: + Certified Nurse Practitioner, Certificate of fitness through American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Licensed as an RN in the state of TN, and Licensed as a CRNP in state of TN, required, or State PA License required + AHA BLS Preferred Qualifications: + Two years experience as a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, preferably in outpatient neurology Where You'll Work CHI Memorial, a member of CommonSpirit, is a not-for-profit, faith-based healthcare organization dedicated to the healing ministry of the Church.
