We are looking for part-time In Store Lead Generators to join our team.We offer- Hourly rate of $20.00 - 22.00 per hour PLUS commission pay.- Average hourly earnings of $20-30/hr after commissions.- Weekly pay via direct deposit- Paid training - no HVAC experience required- Opportunities for growthResponsibilities- Work inside a national retail home improvement store engaging customers about HVAC upgrades, indoor air quality, and energy savings- Promote free in-home consultations or schedule tune-ups - our expert sales advisors handle the restQualificationsWhat You Need:- Ability to work independently in a retail environment.- Willingness to approach, speak and engage with customers.- Sales experience is preferred, but a vibrant personality can compensate- Driven personality with an internal competitive spirit to exceed goals- Willingness to work weekend, high-volume, retail hours.
