This role requires deep familiarity with litigation procedures, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. The firm’s Trial and Litigation Group handles significant crisis litigation including constitutional law, wildfire litigation, COVID-19-related claims, land use civil rights litigation, First Amendment and takings claims, and class action matters.
