As a leader in pediatric therapy, we provide a purpose-driven environment where your skills and compassion truly make a difference.Assess, diagnose, and provide speech therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.Conduct speech and language assessments, write FIE reports, and communicate the results at IEP meetingsConsult with various stakeholders in different settingsDiagnose and provide direct and indirect speech therapy servicesRegularly report progress to parents per ARD committee determinationProvide professional development with different stakeholdersMaintain appropriate documentation as determined by the speech programConduct, attend, and participate in ARD/IEP committee meetings and provide goals and objectives for students needing speech and language servicesAttend MTSS/SST meetings for students referred for speech and language concernsKeep abreast of current trends in the practice of speech pathology, develop professional skills, and ensure federal/state regulationsAll other duties as assignedEducation: Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligibleCertification: Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP).Skills: Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
