BayCare Medical Group (BMG), a physician-led medical group, is seeking a Physician Assistants (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRN) to join our well-established Tampa Neurosurgery clinic.The team is comprised of five board-certified neurosurgeons who specialize in the treatment of cranial, spinal, and peripheral nerve disorders, supported by experienced advanced practice providers. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing neurosurgery practice serving the greater Tampa Bay region. The ideal candidate is collaborative, adaptable, and patient-focused, with a strong interest in outpatient neurosurgical care.Key Responsibilities:100% outpatient-focused role with no inpatient or operative responsibilitiesNo night or weekend call responsibilitiesEvaluate and manage patients in the outpatient clinicCollaborate closely with neurosurgeons and the multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality patient careProvide patient education and maintain accurate clinical documentationExperience in Neurosurgery preferred; Clinical rotation in neurosurgery is a plus.Passion for learning and strong interest in working in neurosurgery.Board certified and ability to obtain a Florida license.Benefits:BayCare Medical Group offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package to attract and retain top talent.
