This position is responsible for completing the day-to-day compliance work across multiple owner agencies while operating under the guidance and oversight of senior compliance and project leadership.This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with compliance tracking systems and Excel, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors. All compliance submissions, regulatory interpretations, and communications with owner agencies are reviewed and approved by leadership prior to external presentation.RESPONSIBILITIES:Prompt Pay & Payment TrackingAdminister and track prompt pay compliance activities in accordance with Texas statutes and owner-specific requirementsMonitor invoice approval timelines and follow up with internal teams to support timely approvals and paymentsEnter, track, and maintain subcontractor and vendor payment data inDMS/B2G Now, LCPtracker, and other owner-required platformsPrepare prompt pay certification forms and supporting documentation for leadership review prior to submissionCertified Payroll & Labor ComplianceCollect, organize, and review certified payroll submissions from subcontractors and vendors for completeness and accuracyTrack prevailing wage classifications and regional wage rate requirements and escalate discrepancies for leadership reviewAssist with preparation of wage rate request forms for new or missing labor classifications, subject to approval before submissionMaintain logs confirming subcontractor payment information tied to certified payroll hoursROCIP & Insurance ComplianceTrack and log ROCIP labor hours based on certified payroll submissionsAssist with ROCIP compliance reporting and documentation usingMarsh/MWRAP, under supervisionTxDOT OJT & Workforce ProgramsSupport the setup and ongoing tracking ofTxDOT On-the-Job Training (OJT)programsMaintain trainee logs, hours, and required documentation for leadership reviewMWDBE / HUB ComplianceTrack MWDBE/HUB participation, commitments, and paymentsMaintain required tracking logs and prepare reports for leadership reviewIdentify potential participation gaps and escalate to leadershipData, Reporting & DocumentationMaintain labor and wage rate data, including pay class tracking and basic analysis (averages, medians, modes)Prepare compliance logs, reports, and backup documentation for internal review, audits, and owner submissionsMaintain organized, accurate, and audit-ready compliance files across assigned projectsCoordination & CommunicationCoordinate internally with project teams to collect required compliance informationCommunicate routine compliance requests and follow-ups with subcontractors and vendorsEscalate unclear requirements, inconsistencies, or potential compliance risks to leadershipFollow established compliance procedures and support continuous process improvementAgencies & Programs SupportedTexas Facilities Commission (TFC)U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT)City of AustinCity of HoustonHouston Airport System (HAS)City of LaredoROCIPQUALIFICATIONS:Required: Experience supporting construction compliance or construction administration on Texas public-sector projectsFamiliarity with prompt pay tracking, certified payroll documentation, and MWDBE/HUB reportingExperience usingLCPtracker, DMS/B2G Now, or similar compliance platformsStrong proficiency inMicrosoft ExcelHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsClear written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a structured, process-driven environment with leadership oversightPreferred: Experience supporting multiple public owner agenciesPrior experience assisting with audits or agency compliance reviewsFamiliarity with TxDOT or municipal compliance programsReports to: Director of Project ControlsLocation - Texas Division: Houston, Austin, or MissionEqual Employment OpportunityPosillico Civil, Inc. is committed to maintaining a working environment that promotes teamwork and that is free of any and all forms of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
