We are looking for an individual who is passionate about caring for people, a true team player (help out anyone in clinic as needed), and open to marketing / building relationships. We currently treat orthopedics, oncology rehab, and weekend warriors but also open to adding service lines needed by our surrounding community.Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentPatient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a dayTimely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridgeInterpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reportsEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyPromoting continuous quality improvementInstructing and counseling patients/families as neededCurrent state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.#BSWIR-OutpatientEqual Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans#BSWIR-Outpatient
