High quality standards is a must. The candidate must be able to work in a team environment and possess good oral and written communication skills, professional appearance, and good attitude required. Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time. Constructs and repairs walls, ceilings, flooring, and doors in commercial and industrial establishments by performing the following duties.Frame metal stud or wood framingHang and finish drywall in preparation for finishesErect acoustical ceiling grid and install acoustical ceiling padsInstall wood and hollow metal frames and doors, including associated hardware including locks, closers, and panic devicesInstall cabinets/casework and countertopsInstall prefabricated windows and framesInstall vinyl composition tile flooring as well as carpet tileInstall window shades/blindsAssemble and install specialty items such as lockers, benches, toilet accessories and partitionsInstall wood trim including base, crown molding, chair rail, and door trimInstall commercial modular furniture systemsHS Diploma or GED4 - 6 years Carpentry experienceMust possess a valid driver licenseAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsAbility to read a tape measure and perform basic addition and subtraction required for measuring and cutting materials to be incorporated into finished workAbility to work and communicate professionally in occupied space environments with a variety of customersAs a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
