Blue Ridge Health is currently seeking a Site Coordinator to be part of our Clinical Team and support our Sexual Assault Nursing Exam and Residency teams in Hendersonville, NC.A competitive benefits plan, including Medical, Dental and VisionCompany sponsored life insurance and short and long-term disability coverage403(b) retirement account with company matchingSupplemental accident insurance available9 paid holidays per yearPTO and Personal Day accrual, starting day 1 - (We value a work-life balance!)The Site Coordinator I (SANE/Residency Program) is responsible for managing patient care, SANE staffing schedules, Residency Program staffing schedules, delivering excellent customer service, and providing support for staff supervision to ensure the highest degree of efficiency in patient care and patient flow at BRH clinic locations. Responsibilities include:Responsible for effectively organizing and/or prioritizing work to assist with efficient patient flow in the clinic.Responsible for providing administrative support for clinic tasks and provider team.Responsible for completion of clinical work and assigned tasks related to SANE patient care.Management of SANE patient records.Cooperation and fulfillment of records requests or subpoenas of information regarding SANE patients.Coordination of patient schedules for the SANE program.Oversee SANE on call scheduling, training and oversight of Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners scheduled for on call.Work with Safelight CEO to assist with regular ongoing meetings (in person or virtual) with SANE on call team. Ensures staff meet as scheduled for ongoing training and support as part of a Sexual Assault Response Team (SART)Arrange additional medical follow up and linkage to care for survivors into Blue Ridge Health services and programs.Develop and Maintain Provider Clinic SchedulesDevelop and maintain daily, weekly, and yearly base schedules for each provider for Teaching Health Center locations: North Justice Street and Chimney Rock including call, attending, coverage, and department responsibilitiesWorks with clinic managers to approve PTO requests prior to developing schedulesIn coordination with Residency Program Administrator and Curriculum Specialist, approves and makes appropriate changes to schedules and manages last minute changesCoordinates faculty schedules with Residency Program Administrator and Residency Curriculum Specialist to produce timely and accurate patient care schedulesManages weekly schedule has appropriate number of providers each patient care session to ensure access to patient careDevelop and maintain monthly call schedules, including daily, weekend, holiday coverage as needed.Responsible for arranging coverage when call patterns break downHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Bachelors in Business or Health Care Administration or related field, preferredIf CSS has Certification/Licensure, Specific Requirements include:MA: Medical Assistant Certification or Registered Medical Assistant. May also have CNA certification with at least one-year clinical experience working as a medical assistantKnowledge of medical terminologyTwo years’ experience working in an outpatient medical practice setting required.Bilingual preferred, but not required.
