As one of our newRetail Associates, you’ll play a vital guest-facing role, dynamic and fast paced.Position OverviewAs a Retail Associate you play a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences by delivering exceptional customer service and supporting daily retail operations throughout the park. From assisting guests with purchases to maintaining eye-catching merchandise displays, this role is perfect for energetic, guest-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment. Throughout the day, you’ll engage with guests, support teammates, maintain store standards, and help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the LEGOLAND brand. This is ahigh-energy, collaborative team environmentwith a strong emphasis on teamwork. Shifts begin with a team meeting to review daily goals, promotions, and assignments. This is a seasonal, part-time role.What You’ll Be DoingGuest Experience & Customer ServiceGreet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitudeAssist guests in finding and selecting merchandiseProvide accurate product information, including pricing, promotions, and availabilityAddress guest questions, concerns, and issues promptly and professionallySales & TransactionsOperate POS systems and process cash, credit, and other payments accuratelyComplete sales transactions efficientlyHandle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to park policiesStore Operations & MaintenanceMaintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environmentReplenish shelves, displays, and fixtures throughout the dayEnsure product tagging, pricing, and digital labels are accurateMonitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to leadershipAbout YouMinimum age: 16 years oldAvailability: Flexible schedule required, including weekends, holidays, and eveningsHeavy focus on weekend availability during off-peak timesWeekday availability expected during peak season (Memorial Day-Labor Day)Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not requiredStrong verbal communication skills and a guest-focused mindsetFriendly, approachable, and proactive team playerAbility to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform repetitive tasksComfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsUSD $16.00/Hr.
