Apply today and be part of shaping the future with us!Position Overview:The Manufacturing Assembly Technician will be responsible for operating production equipment and assembling components according to drawings and guidelines to ensure product specifications and quality standards are met. They will inspect and adjust completed units to ensure that units meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements.Shift for this position: 6:30am-5:00pm Monday thru ThursdayWhat your day-to-day will look like:⢠Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, bills of materials, or reports to determine materials requirements and assembly instructions.⢠Assemble, position, align, and fasten parts or units to assemblies, subassemblies, or frames using hand and power tools.⢠Align, fit, and assemble component parts with hand or power tools, fixtures, templates, or microscopes.⢠Drill, tap, ream, countersink, and spot-face bolt holes in parts using drill presses and portable power drills, including drilling or tapping holes for mounting equipment or wiring.⢠Measure parts and verify dimensions or clearances to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments such as calipers.⢠Inspect parts for surface defects and test wiring installations, assemblies, or circuits for resistance and operation, recording results as needed.⢠Clean parts with cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths to maintain quality standards.⢠Clean up working areas and inventory tools to ensure a safe and organized environment.
