Business Systems Analyst

Description We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This role focuses on supporting and optimizing the Oracle Cloud Healthcare Suite, with a particular emphasis on the Payroll module. As part of this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine system workflows, test updates, and ensure seamless application functionality while contributing to other functional areas. Responsibilities: u2022 Lead the configuration and implementation of Oracle modules, specializing in the Payroll module. u2022 Design and optimize complex business processes by working closely with teams on system configuration, testing, validation, and documentation. u2022 Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the desired functionality is achieved. u2022 Identify opportunities to implement new features or enhance existing functionalities, providing recommendations to improve efficiency. u2022 Develop and execute test plans and scripts, as well as assist in training end-users on system updates and processes. u2022 Maintain detailed documentation of Oracle system requirements, workflows, and procedures. u2022 Offer end-user support by troubleshooting issues and analyzing data through Oracle reports. u2022 Participate in regular Oracle change control meetings and contribute to the decision-making process. u2022 Provide product support and expertise across various functional business areas. u2022 Stay updated on newly released Oracle features, maintenance updates, and patches to ensure optimal system performance. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree with at least 5 years of experience, or an Associateu2019s degree with 10-15 years of relevant experience. u2022 Proven experience in system implementation is required. u2022 Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with business operations related to the assigned module, particularly Payroll. u2022 Oracle Fusion certifications are strongly preferred. u2022 Proficiency in business analysis and business systems processes. u2022 Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents effectively. u2022 Expertise in Oracle Fusion and Oracle Fusion Financials. u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
