Description We are looking for a dynamic Sr Recruiter to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will oversee the recruitment and placement of highly-skilled IT professionals while developing strategies to meet client needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of both candidates and clients. Responsibilities: u2022 Source, screen, and recruit top IT talent for contract, contract-to-permanent, and long-term roles. u2022 Manage the complete recruitment process, including job intake, candidate outreach, interviews, and offer negotiations. u2022 Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates across areas such as software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data analytics. u2022 Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. u2022 Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events to attract experienced candidates. u2022 Maintain accurate records of candidates and clients while ensuring compliance with internal standards. u2022 Collaborate with team members to cross-sell services and maximize the firmu2019s network. u2022 Stay informed about industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights. u2022 Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions for placed candidates. Requirements u2022 At least 3 years of recruiting experience, with 2 years specializing in IT recruitment preferred. u2022 Proven ability to meet or exceed placement and revenue targets. u2022 Strong familiarity with IT skill sets, including development, infrastructure, security, and enterprise applications. u2022 Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. u2022 Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms. u2022 Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, IT, or a related field is preferred. u2022 Knowledge of market trends and emerging technologies in the IT sector. u2022 Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
