Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Boyertown, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records to support the organization's operations. Responsibilities: u2022 Process and record accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and efficiency. u2022 Monitor and handle commercial collections to ensure timely payments from clients. u2022 Apply cash receipts to customer accounts and reconcile discrepancies. u2022 Conduct regular follow-ups on overdue accounts and resolve billing issues. u2022 Assist in preparing and issuing invoices for services rendered. u2022 Maintain detailed and organized records of all financial activities. u2022 Collaborate with other departments to address payment inquiries and disputes. u2022 Generate reports related to accounts receivable and collections for management review. u2022 Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. u2022 Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance billing and collection processes.
