summary Job Title: Centers of Training Program Administrator Location: Arden Hills, MN Work Arrangement: Hybrid potential Duration: 6-month contract Pay Rate: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience) Position Overview The Centers of Training (COT) Program Administrator supports Cardiology’s Centers of Training initiatives by working closely with training managers, field representatives, and physicians. This role is responsible for the administrative coordination of training agreements, payments, and compliance tracking, ensuring all activities align with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Process, track, and manage training-related payments using the ENGAGE System and internal tracking tools Submit agreement requests and manage COT payment processing Communicate COT training guidelines to field representatives and managers Verify training events meet established guidelines prior to processing Track contracts and agreement expirations and support timely renewals Request and track post-training evaluations Maintain accurate records in compliance with company policies and procedures Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment-related questions or discrepancies Perform general administrative and program support duties as needed Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism required-skills: Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of industry experience Proven experience in an administrative, program coordination, or similar support role Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information appropriately Preferred Qualifications Experience working in an FDA-regulated environment Familiarity with the Sunshine Act and related compliance requirements Why This Opportunity?
