Establishes a coaching/mentoring/learning alliance with staff to increase knowledge, skills, abilities, and attitudes. Motivates employees through open communication, timely feedback, and leading by example. Participates in policy planning and implementation. Plans, schedules, coordinates, and assigns work to assure service provision, including coverage.
