As such, Denver Health is an excellent place to work for physicians with an interest in clinical education.Job SummaryThe Peer Support Specialist Lead will provide individual and group supervision (in addition to program supervisor of respective programs), recognize, and mitigate ethical dilemmas as they arise, provide timely feedback, and develop written protocols to ensure a safe environment for peers in collaboration with Supervisors that peers directly report to. They will collect data and conduct program evaluation and quality improvement, reporting, sharing results with policymakers and community leaders.
