Description We are looking for a hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy and operations for our organization in Seattle, Washington. This role demands hands-on leadership and expertise in the healthcare industry, ensuring the companyu2019s financial health while driving sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across all levels. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and implement financial strategies that align with organizational goals and industry standards. u2022 Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. u2022 Provide leadership for financial planning and analysis to support data-driven decision-making. u2022 Manage key relationships with external partners, including auditors, insurers, and vendors. u2022 Lead presentations to stakeholders and board members, effectively communicating financial insights and recommendations. u2022 Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and financial policies. u2022 Collaborate with other departments to integrate financial strategies into overall business plans. u2022 Supervise and mentor a small team, fostering growth and efficiency. u2022 Identify and address opportunities for cost optimization and revenue generation. u2022 Drive initiatives to enhance financial systems and processes, ensuring scalability and reliability. The salary range for this position is $200,000 to $230,000 + bonus. Benefits: Medical/Dental - 100% paid by employer; Vision - shared cost Life insurance ESOP plan 16 days PTO 9 paid holidays Requirements u2022 Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial leader within the healthcare industry. u2022 Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or business administration (MBA or CPA preferred). u2022 Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and financial systems. u2022 Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. u2022 Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. u2022 Hands-on experience managing financial operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. u2022 Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex financial challenges. u2022 Familiarity with financial systems and tools relevant to the healthcare sector.
