POSITION SUMMARY: The Data Integrity Analyst is responsible forsupporting and maintaining the Banks loan-level database, ensuring theaccuracy, consistency, and reliability of critical information. Thisrole reviews, corrects, and validates data across multiple sources touphold high data-quality standards. Reporting within the business unitand collaborating closely with teams across the organization, the DataIntegrity Analyst plays a key role in aligning and reconciling databetween the core banking platform and CRM systems, helping driveinformed decision-making and operational efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES:Validate and reconcile data provided by Loan Service Provider (LSP) toensure accuracy and adherence to credit policy for loan funding files.Review and ensure integrity of monthly reports provided by LSP andreport any discrepancies. Support the Data Integrity Manager in ensuringthe monthly data reconciliation process for management reporting. Ensureintegrity of loan level data in the Salesforce database throughreporting and reconciliations. Partner with stakeholders across theorganizationfrom system owners to functional leadersto ensure systemsand processes are in place which drive the accuracy and completeness ofall data inputs and outputs within the organization. Help develop andidentify exception reporting for Loan Servicing. Assist with reportingfor post-closing follow-up on outstanding items (legal and non-legal)and ensure the accuracy of critical data points in the Banks coresystem, Jack Henry as well as nCino for reliable reporting. Create andmaintain a database of all Cognos reports. Assist in preparing ad hoc aswell as periodic reporting for business owners throughout the Bank.Provide support to the Loan Servicing and Credit Risk Management teamswhen appropriate. Work to identify and address data quality issuesaffecting reporting and analysis and prioritize top data quality issuesbased on value to the business. Adhere to the Banks Statement of CreditPolicy. Successfully pass technical and regulatory examinations requiredby the Company. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to assimilate,organize and analyze large amounts of information 3-5 years LoanServicing experience preferred Experience with business intelligencetools or Salesforce/nCino reporting is desirable Strong Excel skills(vlookup/xlookup, pivot tables, formulas, etc.) Excellent written andverbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attentionto detail Ability to multi-task and self-motivate Intermediate toadvanced Microsoft Office skills Some knowledge of Bank lending andcommercial loan systems Capable of working independently as well asacross departments with individuals at all levels of the organizationAbility to be resourceful as well as have strong problem-solvingcapabilities Ability to identify group organizational needs andcollaborate with others to find efficient solutions PHYSICAL DEMANDS ANDCONDITIONS: Must be able to remain in a stationary position for longperiods of time. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25lbs.Consistently operates a computer and other office machinery such ascalculator, copy machine and printers.
