What you Need to make a Difference + Must have a current LNHA license in the States Signature Operates in. + Ability to travel with over night stays Monday-Friday. + Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility. + Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.
