Attorney/Lawyer

Description We are looking for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This is a long-term contract position offering a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our construction division services. The role involves strategic outreach, client relationship management, and procedural advising, with occasional travel required. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and implement strategies to expand services through partnerships with law firms and industry professionals. u2022 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, representing the organization at industry events and meetings. u2022 Oversee daily case management activities, including fee collection and accurate data tracking. u2022 Provide guidance to arbitrators on procedural and administrative matters. u2022 Recruit, evaluate, and maintain a panel of professionals with relevant experience. u2022 Ensure all operations comply with confidentiality requirements and industry standards. u2022 Travel periodically, approximately 15% of the time, to support client and organizational needs. Requirements u2022 Possess a bacheloru2019s degree in business, legal studies, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. u2022 Have 3u20135 years of experience in business development, ideally within legal or arbitration services. u2022 Demonstrate a strong legal background, whether as a lawyer or paralegal. u2022 Exhibit excellent communication, analytical, and client relationship skills. u2022 Be proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems. u2022 Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
