Landscaper

Custom Construction Services is looking to fill Landscaper positions in Hennepin County, Scott County, Ramsey County, Dakota County, Washington County and Anoka County (MN-Hennepin Cty-Mpls-STP-Bloomington-MN-WI). This is a temporary, full- time seasonal position and we are looking to fill 10 job openings from April 1, 2026 to December 1, 2026. Sod laying, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units for landscape business. $22.32/hr, 48 hours a week, Mon- Sat 7a- 3p. Schedule varies. Overtime available at $33.48/ hr. On the job training will be provided. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved. Daily subsistence will be provided during travel to the workers at a rate of at least $16.28/day with a maximum of $68/day with receipts. Employer will not provide transportation to the jobsites, which are throughout Hennepin county. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12 week period of the total employment period. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due and wages will be paid every 2 weeks. All deductions from the workers' paycheck required by law will be made. Workers will be reimbursed for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees during the first week of work. Employer is not obligated to provide housing, but will provide information to employees for affordable housing in the area.
