PositionOverview The Lead Medical Education Partnerships Manager leads thestrategic development, execution, and management of a national educationinitiative. This role focuses on enhancing relationships with nationalkey academic institutions and training programs to educate the nextgeneration of clinicians on the appropriate use and clinical value ofExact Sciences' cancer screening products. This position works closelywith key internal stakeholders, including Field Medical colleagues, toenhance screening product education program reach and impact. EssentialDuties Include, but are not limited to, the following: Design,implement, and manage a national education initiative aligned withorganizational priorities. Develop program goals, milestones,deliverables, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with the screeningbusiness unit strategy. Identify and activate key academic medicalcenters and residency programs for partnership. Serve as primary contactfor academic and institutional program directors, faculty, andadministrative staff; foster strong external network of influentialphysicians, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and educators. Collaborate withsteering committees and institutional educators to ensure programcredibility. Manage vendor engagement and contracting, and track programbudgets and financials. Partner with internal cross-functional teams toalign the program with portfolio objectives and stakeholder feedback.Ensure scientific accuracy, rigor, and compliance with industrystandards, incorporating best practices and Accreditation Council forGraduate Medical Education (ACGME)-aligned standards in all educationalcontent. Leverage expertise in digital and hybrid learning platforms todesign, implement, and optimize program offerings to expand reach,accessibility, and learner engagement while ensuring seamlessintegration with in-person experiences.
