Essential Responsibilities:Perform HVAC inspections, maintenance, repair, and related activities ondepartmental assets via a service vehicle. Including but not limited to:steam boilers, compressors, receivers, condensers, chillers, coolingtowers, pumps, valves, piping systems, and duct systems. Perform HVACproject installation work on departmental assets, which includes but isnot limited to: steam boilers, hot water boilers, water chillers, pumps,valves, and associated piping systems.
