Essential Responsibilities:Perform HVAC inspections, maintenance, repair, and related activities ondepartmental assets via a service vehicle. Including but not limited to:steam boilers, compressors, receivers, condensers, chillers, coolingtowers, pumps, valves, piping systems, and duct systems. Perform HVACproject installation work on departmental assets, which includes but isnot limited to: steam boilers, hot water boilers, water chillers, pumps,valves, and associated piping systems. Inspect and maintain allequipment, tools, and items related to the performance of job duties.Process purchase requests, inventory supplies, and process electronicwork orders. Review blueprints,...
