At The Studio, classic American cuisine is elevatedwith seasonal flavors and creative presentations. Surrounded by theartistry and energy of Milwaukee's Theater District, The Studio offersguests a dining experience that blends refinement with genuine warmth.As a Lead Server, you will not only deliver exceptional service but alsosupport the front-of-house team to ensure smooth, memorable diningexperiences for every guest.What will you be doing? Lead by example byproviding professional, attentive, and engaging service to all guests.Act as a mentor and role model for servers and server assistants,supporting training and development. Assist management with daily flooroperations, including table assignments, pacing, and guest flow. Monitorservice quality and provide on-the-spot coaching to ensure consistencyand excellence. Communicate clearly with the culinary team, bartenders,and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service. Take and deliverfood and beverage orders with accuracy and efficiency. Anticipate guestneeds, handle special requests, and resolve concerns withprofessionalism. Assist with side work, opening/closing duties, andensuring service areas are clean and organized. Support management withadditional duties as needed.What we are looking for: Prior servingexperience required; leadership or supervisory experience stronglypreferred. Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits, with the abilityto guide and upsell to guests. Excellent communication and leadershipskills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team. Ability to remaincomposed, professional, and proactive in a fast-paced environment. Mustbe able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods. Ability tolift and carry up to 25 lbs. A team-first mindset, a passion forhospitality, and a drive to elevate both guest and associateexperiences.What's in it for you?
