Required Skills & Experience + Experience in merchant services, payments, and client onboarding. + Must-have: Merchant Services experience (NOT general payments/accounting). Ideal candidates will have: + Experience with merchant onboarding and account/product setup. + Understanding of credit card processing rails and merchant-facing operations. + Ability to understand Level 3 data, chargeback processes, and client documentation (KYC). + Strong background in data entry, quality control, and peer review. + High degree of professionalism with strong communication skills + Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and process improvement skills. + Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with account boarding systems a plus.
