They specialize in comprehensive security, fire, and life safety systems for installations ranging from single-family homes to major retail centers throughout Washington State.Responsibilities- Respond to incoming alarm signals in accordance with documented procedures and accurately document each action taken for historical records.- Processing over-the-phone requests- Dispatching on Fire, Security, Medical, and Life/Safety alarm events- Comprehend and evaluate alarm signal events quickly and accurately- Review the account signal traffic history accurately and quickly- u00a0Relay account/signal information in a complete and informationally dense manner- Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.Skills- Excellent Communication Skills- Fluency in written and spoken English- Type 25 words per minute- Prior Customer Service or Call Center Experience Preferred- Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations- Must be able to pass background checks and drug testing
