If you're a nimble, passionate team player, you'll find a home on our team.WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM NEWSRequired QualificationsExperience: Previous experience in Broadcast or Technical environment - 1+ yearsEducation: Associates degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experienceTechnical skills: General knowledge of IP networking and cross-platform operating systems and applications, basic broadcast equipment knowledge/experience should include cameras in the field and studio, digital recording devices, video switchers (routing and/or production), audio systems and related equipmentSkills: Ability to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances and solve basic problems while demonstrating a positive attitude and positive approach, effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsAbilities: Learn to apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, report, and resolve issues to maximize the benefit of the systems investmentSchedule: Ability to work different shifts or longer shifts due to
