You'll spend time interacting with our team of Account Managers and their customers to determine their rubber products / conveyor needs and then help to meet that need. You will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, retention, and sales resultsResponsibilitiesCoordinate conveyor belt /rubber product initiatives with various Service Centers and Regional ManagersMake rubber product / conveyor belt presentations to both internal associates and customersConduct training for both internal associates and customersMake joint sales calls with the field sales staffAssist in the development of rubber product / conveyor belt data collection; interchange information, case histories, documented value-added benefits, and application dataPartner in setting - and meeting/exceeding - sales target goals and executionParticipate in installations and repairsRequirements3+ years of proven technical lightweight conveyor belt sales and service experience OR belt service, fabrication, installation experienceUse of proper English grammar, written and verbalAbility to read / understand technical drawingsWork independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license and clean driving record. Able to pass background check, drug test & DOT physical.
