Description We are looking for an experienced HR Senior Project Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role will focus on providing strategic guidance and project oversight for human resources activities related to mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, and other corporate transactions. The position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can collaborate with various HR subject matter experts to address integration challenges and ensure the success of employee onboarding, compliance, and organizational design processes. Responsibilities: u2022 Lead HR project management efforts for mergers, acquisitions, and related corporate transactions, ensuring deliverables are met on time. u2022 Collaborate with HR subject matter experts to address integration concerns, including benefits, compensation, payroll, onboarding, and compliance. u2022 Develop and execute project plans that align with corporate goals and timelines. u2022 Oversee the onboarding process for employees from acquired entities, ensuring smooth transitions. u2022 Provide strategic guidance to HR leadership and corporate teams regarding acquisition processes. u2022 Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and the employee experience. u2022 Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, operational teams, and external vendors involved in acquisitions. u2022 Ensure adherence to employment compliance standards throughout acquisition processes. u2022 Support HR teams by creating documentation, providing training, and offering solutions to complex challenges. u2022 Represent HR in meetings and calls with corporate leadership to address and resolve transaction-related issues. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in HR project management, particularly in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transitions. u2022 Strong knowledge of HR functions, including payroll, benefits, compensation, compliance, and onboarding. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other project management tools. u2022 Exceptional organizational and analytical skills to manage priorities and solve complex challenges. u2022 Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across various levels, including C-suite executives. u2022 Experience in process improvement and automation within HR operations. u2022 Solid understanding of employment compliance standards and practices. u2022 Excellent communication and training skills to support HR team development.
