The ideal candidate brings 5u201310 years of hands-on experience in automated manufacturing environments and excels at optimizing equipment performance, integrating new technology, and leading complex technical projects in a regulated setting. Preferred Qualifications: + Proven expertise in high-speed packaging equipment, including specification, procurement, installation, and validation. + Strong automation and controls background with proficiency in PLC, HMI, SCADA, and vision system programming. + Demonstrated ability to integrate machines and automation systems into existing production lines. + Experience working within regulated industriesu2014medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar (cGMP experience strongly preferred). + Skilled in troubleshooting equipment and process control systems, driving continuous improvement, and enhancing equipment reliability. + Hands-on experience leading small capital projects, from concept through commissioning and validation. + Ability to collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues and drive efficiency improvements _This job description is a complete list of all desired skills but not all are required.
