Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the club, managed by Troon.Anticipated start date for this position is March 1, 2026.Position Summary:The Food & Beverage Supervisor (F&B Supervisor) is a key member of the management team and is responsible for the oversight of food and beverage operations at the property. This includes the hiring, training and supervising of all related F&B service and food production staff. The F&B Supervisor will apply all of their experience and knowledge to assuring that the wants and needs of guests are consistently met and/or exceeded.Pay: $40,000 - $45,000Essential Duties:Ensures staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are metInspects grooming and attire of staff and rectifies any deficienciesComplete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary suppliesMonitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and wellbeing of guestsEnsures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized mannerActs as a liaison between front of house and the kitchen staff to ensure timely and appropriate communicationsEnsures that the restaurant and restaurant facilities are kept clean, well-stocked and organizedChecks the maintenance of all equipment in the restaurant and notifies the Food & Beverage Manager of needed maintenance and repairAssures all opening and closing procedures and side work is completed, including all cleaning of equipment and storage areas, setting up necessary supplies and tools, un/locking doors, inspecting storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness, etc.Assists in coordinating special functions with the Food & Beverage ManagerAssists Food & Beverage Manager in performing and maintaining food and beverage inventoryAssists with conducting pre-shift meetings to review specials, menu changes, house counts, etc.Assists in the completion of revenue reports, production reports and other reports as neededPerforms daily activities to include serving tables, bussing tables, seating guests, room service and general clerical/cashier dutiesAssists the department manager in interviewing, training, planning, assigning, and directing workMake recommendations when hiring, evaluating performance, rewarding, and disciplining associatesDevelops and maintains positive working relationships with others, supports the team to reach common goals, and listens and responds appropriately to the concerns of other employeesEnsures adherence to quality expectations and standards; and identifies, recommends, develops, and implements new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-saving initiativesAddresses complaints and resolves problemsAssists in the coordination of department members that may include, but is not limited to: Hosts, Servers, Expediters, and CashiersAssists in monitoring business volume forecast and plans accordingly in areas of manpower, productivity, costs and other expensesIncorporates safe work practices in job performanceRegular and reliable attendancePerforms other duties as requiredMinimum Requirements:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Preferred Requirements:Proven exemplary customer service skills1+ years' experience at current Club or another Troon property Physical Demands: Frequently stands, walks, talks and hears.Regularly uses hands, reaches with hands and arms.Occasionally sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches, taste or smells.Frequently lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.Occasionally works in extreme heat, wet or humid conditions (non-weather).Occasionally works in outdoor weather conditions.
