The QualityManager typically performs the duties listed below but is not limited tothem.Job Responsibilities:- Provide high energy leadership of, and mentorship for, quality team members while building a collaborative relationship with other departments- Manage the implementation of the quality management system- Ownership of the Quality Manual and related policies and procedures- Manage and maintain required documentation for quality records- Audit and assist training shop personnel and vendors ensuring work is being performed and documented to requirements- Manage the quality team, conduct annual performance reviews, and promote continuous improvement- Oversee the inspection of incoming vendor components and internally manufactured parts- Disposition rejected parts (NCMR) and document corrective action (CAR) in ERP system- Review and approve Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for finished rides- Follow industry and government regulations concerning amusement ride manufacturing- Work with state inspectors and ride safety officials to maintain required documentation of Chance built amusement rides- Develop and track key quality performance metrics and processes- Identify and implement productivity projects offsetting inflationary pressures
