In our Furniture Components business, we design, manufacture, and distribute a wide range of components and finished products that enhance comfort, motion, and style in upholstered furniture, including recliner mechanisms, seating support systems, and sofa sleeper units. With a global footprint that includes international manufacturing, product development, distribution and sales, we are strategically positioned to support upholstered furniture manufacturers around the world.Leggett & Platt is North America's leading independent manufacturer of office furniture components and mechanisms. Our Work Furniture business produces task and finished components, as well as select lines of private-label finished seating. The team you will be working with is collaborative, highly engaged, and deeply committed to delivering exceptional value, and values strategic thinking, open communication, and a strong partnership mindset.u00a0So, what will you be doing as a Senior Global Business Manager?u2022 Owning and driving the global business relationship for assigned key accounts, developing deep, trusted relationships with senior leaders across product management, product development, and supply chain.u2022 Leading the development and execution of a comprehensive account strategy to grow existing business, secure new opportunities, and expand our portfolio within the customer.u2022 Proactively identifying and advancing new product development opportunities to increase share of wallet and drive profitable sales growth.u2022 Conducting periodic business reviews with key customer stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and forward momentum.u2022 Identifying opportunities to improve profitability within assigned accounts.u2022 Providing customer-driven insights to guide new product development and innovation.u2022 Collaborating across internal teams---including sales, engineering, quality, finance, customer service, and legal---to deliver seamless execution and exceptional customer value.Travel expectationsu00a0-- this is a Hybrid position with 30% - day/local tripsu00a0To be successful in this role, you'll need:u2022 10--15+ years of experience in account management or comparable customer-facing roles within large, complex organizations.u2022 A proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving key commercial KPIs.u2022 Strong strategic planning, critical thinking, and project management skills.
