IT Software Test Automation Engineer II

World Kinect Corporation seeks IT Software Test Automation Engineer II in Miami, FL.Conduct manual test executions during sprint cycle for team using Xray. Work with automation QA to understand application under test and ensure application meets requirements Define test conditions for given requirements with BA and Product Manager. Interpret, execute and record test cases in accordance with project test plans. Analyze and report test activities and results. Identify and report issues and risks. Understand testing within system development, as a tool for design improvement as well as a validation process. Communicate with internal teams and articulate technical matters in written form. Develop and document testing standards. Participate in Iteration Planning meetings and prepare test strategy for each cycle. Participate in test requirements, test design, and test plan reviews with particular focus on matching software features to user requirements. Execute test cases and report defects found in the issue tracking system. Track and report test coverage metrics. Organize and triage defects for developers. Accurately report and present test quality metrics. May telecommute from anywhere in the U.S.Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, plus 3 years of work experience in job offered, or in a software quality assurance/testing/analyst related occupation.Position requires 3 years of experience with each of the following:1. Software test automation.2. Automation tools including Selenium WebDriver.3. API testing including Postman or Insomnia.4. Executing SQL queries and understanding the underlying structure of the most common SQL tables.5. Test management software including either Xray or JIRA plug-in.6. Scrum/Agile framework.7.
