Keepingu00a0accurateu00a0records on all equipmentu00a0indicatingu00a0all repairs/breakdowns,u00a0requiredu00a0andu00a0performed maintenance, performing spot checks of equipment tou00a0determineu00a0its working condition, and performingu00a0and/or directing periodic cleaning and servicing of tools and test equipment.u00a0```{=html}```- Ensures the operation, maintenance, modification, service, and repair of electrical, heating, ventilation and airu00a0conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and refrigeration systems to the station and assures around-the-clocku00a0responsiveness to mechanical failures or emergency situations.u00a0u00a0```{=html}```- Ensures that facility landscapes areu00a0maintainedu00a0including trees and shrubs, sprinkler systems, removal of snowu00a0from parking lots, sidewalks, Tower Mountain, and satellite roads.u00a0u00a0Manage the inventory of business supplies and dailyu00a0pickupu00a0and delivery of company mail.u00a0```{=html}```- Assures the continued operation ofu00a0the stationu00a0by being available for on-call.u00a0Helps to ensure the continued success of KHQ by performing all other duties as assigned.u00a0u00a0Qualifications:u00a0- Education A high school diploma oru00a0the equivalentu00a0isu00a0required.u00a0```{=html}```- Free ofu00a0alcohol and drug abuse.u00a0```{=html}```- Valid state driver's license and proof of insurance.u00a0u00a0Experience:u00a0- Knowledge of commercial HVAC, plumbing, or other recognize commercial building trade is a plusu00a0```{=html}```- Ability tou00a0maintainu00a0strict confidentiality.u00a0```{=html}```- Honest, pleasantu00a0manner, and good personal hygiene.u00a0```{=html}```- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.u00a0```{=html}```- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.u00a0```{=html}```- Adheres to departmental standards and personnel policies byu00a0demonstratingu00a0professional demeanor in conduct and appearance.u00a0```{=html}```- Follows company departmental standards and personnel policies by using good teamwork and communicationu00a0skills to helpu00a0identifyu00a0concerns and solutions,u00a0assistingu00a0where needed to ensure a smoothly functioning department.u00a0u00a0Computer Skills:u00a0Experience
