Call Center Associate

Overview: Earn $19.50-$20.50/hr. Joining our Californiau2019s Great America team means youu2019ll be responsible for assisting guests needs and providing guest service to the Cedar Fair standards. Youu2019ll alsou2026 + Answer guests calls in the Call Center, while providing great guest service. + Document and resolves guest conflict. + Assist guests with park inquiries. + Assist guests with lost and found items. + Assist in reuniting lost parties and uses security assistance when necessary. + Have additional opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge.
