The Welder will direct and assist Assembler IIs with assembling ladders as well as welding the cable tray ladders and fittings. The Welder will handle materials and parts up to 50-pound s frequently throughout the shift. This position pays $27.17 p/h + $0.50 shift differential for Swing Shift and +$1.00 for Grave Shift .MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:- Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Reno, NV will be considered . Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation- L ift 50 pounds repeatedly- Accurately measure components and product subtilizing tape measures and calipers- Ability to read engineering drawings- Mi nimum of 1 year welding experience in a manufacturing environment (MIG/TIG)- Adjust and troubleshoot welding equipment- Ability to identify defects and measure workpiece to ensure conformancePosition Criteria:- Able to stand on feet continuously during working shift- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment as required by company policy and procedurePreferred Qualifications:- Previous experience with manufacturing fabrication- Ability to weld aluminum and steel- Experience with high volume, fast paced weldingPhysical Demands:::: {style=
