JOB REQUIREMENTS: Your Job KBX is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurialDirect of National Sales to have a role in driving revenue growth,market penetration, and competitive positioning by building andexecuting innovative sales strategies that deliver long-term strategicvalue. As the Director of National Sales, you will help to shape oursales strategy and drive execution focused on external market capture.You will forge strategic customer relationships, and champion thedevelopment of tailored solutions that address evolving customer needsand industry challenges. Our Team The corporate sales team will work toconvert leads to opportunities resulting in mutually beneficial wins forclients and KBX Logistics. Success will also include utilizingcomparatively advantaged resources across KBX and then entire Kochenterprise to create client value. What You Will Do Lead execution ofsales plans that target new customer acquisition, market penetration,and long-term business value Align sales objectives with company goalsand financial targets, ensuring measurable success Monitor markettrends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to adapt strategiesand identify new growth opportunities Build, nurture, and expandrelationships with key decision makers across target customer segmentsLead negotiations and close complex, high-value deals, ensuring KBX'sofferings deliver compelling business outcomes Spearhead market researchand competitive intelligence efforts to inform pricing, product mix, andgo-to-market strategies Identify and commercialize new businessopportunities, partnerships, and channels Partner with marketing,operations, customer success, and product teams to develop and presentcustomized solutions Leverage technology and automation to streamlinesales processes, improve customer engagement, and enhance operationalefficiency Champion innovation in sales methodologies, tools, andtechniques to strengthen our competitive edge. Ability to travel roughly50% Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience developing andexecuting sales strategies aligned to meet business objectivesExperience building relationships with senior stakeholders andunderstanding complex customer challenges Experience negotiating longterm contracts, service level agreements, freight management volume andcustomer solutions Experience managing a sales pipeline, tracking newbusiness development, deals and market expansion using a CRM What WillPut You Ahead Experience selling solutions in the logistics ortransportation or supply chain industry Experience selling multimodallogistics solutions (ocean, air, rail, truck) Experience sellinginternational freight forwarding capabilities Experience using dataanalytic tools to analyze sales trends, market opportunities and gaincompetitive...
