West Michigan Lodging oversees the new Hilton Homewood Suites, and Hilton Home2 Suites in Walker, MI.u00a0We are currently seeking to fill full and part-time Maintenance positions for both hotels. The days and hours can be flexible, and would be ideal for someone retired, or someone looking to supplement their income with full or part time work.u00a0Some building maintenance experience isu00a0required, but this is primarily a general building maintenance position, and does not necessarily require extensive building maintenance knowledge, an in-depth mechanical background, or other extensive experience.u00a0Job duties;u00a0- Respond and attend to guest repair requests.- Check for new maintenance requests from the Property Management System and update remarks once the task is completed.- Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.- Preform maintenance service in the guest rooms such as plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing/ trouble shooting, and or clean up.- Use of hand tools and other equipment typically used for building maintenance.- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and order replacement parts and supplies as needed.- Upkeep of pool,u00a0spau00a0and itsu00a0equipment.- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.- Performs otheru00a0dutiesu00a0assigned by ownership group and General Manager. u00a0u00a0Skills Desiredu00a0Pool & Spa operationsGeneral building maintenance experienceAbility to work in a neat and efficient manner, keeping work areas clean and well organized.Ability to multi-task in a busy environment and adhere to theu00a0hotel'su00a0Standard Operating P
